Second Life , the successful virtual reality space took a major step today by adding browser support. To my mind, this ups the ante considerably. It has already enjoyed a steadily growing user base, an in-world economy with an increasing real world value and such notable users as the Anneberg Foundation - Second Life has already made its mark as the pioneer for VR. Where the inclusion of an in-game browser takes it will be quite interesting to watch. Hell, I'm not even a gamer, and I just set up an account.
